Payment
To pay by personal cheque, please add the delivery
cost to the price of the painting or print you have selected. E-mail me at
inquiries@jewellsart.co.uk
for my postal address and
to ensure your painting
is held until the payment is received.
To pay using Paypal, click on the "Buy
Original" or "Buy Prints" buttons. You do not need to
create a Paypal account and can use one of the following credit cards to
complete your purchase.
Shipping
I will ship your original painting without delay upon
confirmation of clearance of funds.
All prints and cards are made to order, please allow 5 working days for your
order to be completed, if you have provided your email address you will be sent
a confirmation email when your order is shipped.
Delivery
My paintings are packaged to protect the canvas and posted
through Royal Mail standard parcel service.
Please allow up to 14 days for UK delivery and 28 days for overseas.
The cost of UK delivery is quoted next to the painting, if you require a faster
delivery service or delivery outside the UK please contact
inquiries@jewellsart.co.uk
for a quote.
Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and you wish to speak
to me my contact details are on the home page.
Please note, only the cost of the painting will be refunded; not the postage,
packaging or insurance costs. The purchaser must pay for return delivery and
packaging. The purchaser must ensure the returned item is insured as refunds will only be
issued if the item is received back in perfect condition. The return should be
made within 14 days of receipt.
Colour Variations
Photographs of my paintings are taken with a digital
camera and the colouring is as accurate as possible. Variations in
monitor settings may also cause a slight difference in colour and tone.
Copyright
The ongoing copyright of all works remains with Jewells Art
and myself. Reproduction of any kind must not be made without prior personal written consent.
